My background is in Interior Design and so I still help my real estate clients with their design needs. Helping sellers with Staging and buyers with Design.  I always have my finger on the pulse of design.

That being said, if you’re thinking about changing your home to gray tones, hold that thought! 2018 will be the year when brown, beige and gold will make their comeback and invade the interior design scene! Be on the front of the trend not the end!

When it comes to major furniture, -this is something I have ALWAYS preached- trends are not what you should be paying attention in your home. Buy what you love year in and year out and forget what’s trending. Choose major items that you absolutely adore! This is paramount to getting a more timeless style and then mixing and matching some trendy items in to get a designer look that just never dates.
